Currywurst, a bratwurst cut into small slices and served in a sea of curry ketchup and often served with French fries and mayonnaise or ketchup or even both (known as "Fritten rot-weiß"), are also popular. Harry could also stand to try one of Cologne's regional specialties, like pea soup or Reibekuchen, which are large patties made of grated potatoes and onions, seasoned with salt and pepper and fried in hot oil until they're crispy.
